Why we exist
Most businesses have heard that AI could help them. Few know where to start, and many have paid for software that never delivered. Meanwhile their best people spend hours every week on work a system could do, and enquiries go unanswered because nobody got to them in time.
We started HelloBoost AI to close that gap in the simplest possible way: find the money first, build what gets it back, and only get paid from the results.
How we're different
- Paid on results. 10% of what we save or earn you, for 12 months. No gain, no fee.
- Audit first. We show you the numbers before anything is built, and the audit is free if we don't find at least £50,000 a year.
- Built into your tools. We connect to the systems you already use rather than asking your team to learn new ones.
- Honest about AI. Our own AI assistant always tells people she's an AI. We'll tell you plainly when something isn't worth automating.

George Shaker founded HelloBoost AI and works on every audit personally, from the first conversation to measuring the results. That's why we take on a maximum of three new audits a month.
How we handle your data
We work to UK GDPR. Wherever possible your data stays in your own systems, we're happy to sign an NDA before the audit, and we only use the information you share to deliver the work. Read our privacy notice.
